Objectives
Research involving factors that may influence phosphite treatment efficacy and the potential impacts phosphite may cause due to trunk injections.
Outcomes
There is evidence to suggest that there will be reasonable uptake of Phosphite by kauri from trunk injections regardless of season, time of day or weather conditions at the time of injecting. To determine whether seasonal or other timing factors influence Phosphite efficacy or incidence of Phosphite toxicity symptoms, further work may be required.
